For more than five years, our award-winning paid family caregiving services through Guardian Care and Indiana Family Caregivers helped Hoosier families care for the people they love most.
Along the way, we saw the same thing happen again and again: families managing a serious illness were handed off between disconnected providers, agencies, and payers — left to coordinate skilled clinical care on their own, on top of everything else. We saw the gap. So we built Guardian Health to close it.
